Strategic Finance Limited: In Moratorium

On 22 December 2008 the Moratorium Proposal put to Securityholders was approved by an overwhelming majority of investors who voted on the Proposal. The resolutions, as put to Stockholders were passed by 98.56%, as put to Depositors by 100%, and as put to Noteholders by 98.88%.

The Moratorium allows Strategic Finance the opportunity to work with borrowers, realising assets on an orderly basis to ensure value is preserved and investor’s funds are repaid (as quickly as possible) if and when funds are available.

Our focus now remains on performing in line or ahead of the moratorium proposal and we will continue to provide our investors and stakeholders with quarterly updates on progress and remain available should you require further information or assistance.
